Magneto was completely disassembled and cleaned.

The following components were replaced:

• Points

• Condenser

• Drive End Bearing

• Drive End Rubber Seal

• Drive End Outer Washer

• Cam End Bushing

• Cap

• Cap Gasket

• Stop Button

• Vent Screens & Covers

• Misc Hardware

The rotor was recharged in a magneto charger. Two vent screens and vent covers were added per the IPL drawing. Unit was tested and found to meet or exceed all factory specifications. Magneto jumps an 8mm spark gap with ease.
